Community Based Research and Writing

I have combined my strong social skills, ability to make people feel comfortable, and formidable communication and writing abilities in community based research. Conducting conversations with disenfranchised and socially isolated adults, I help to record their voices and opinions, publishing the results as research that has led to policy change, and program design and development.  Most people know what they need to overcome the barriers they face to meaningful involvement in society.  Community based research addresses the social factors complicit in poverty, homelessness and isolation. My published community based research and writing includes:
